That is beautiful! I have a small monitor in front of me right now, what kind of plant is that?

It's A Rhododendron I have had many years.

I thought it was but couldn't tell for sure, I don't know if I've ever seen flowers like that on a rhododendron before. It's very attractive and looks like it's huge too. Do you know which variety it is?

I new you were going to ask me that, They were planted around thirty five years ago and all carried copper engraved labels and it is quite likely to be still attached but finding it is something else.
there would be written record of it and many more others as well but again finding it.
If I succeed I will tell you as I also would love the reminder.

There are a lot of rhododendron varieties, that never makes it easy either. It kind of reminds me of one called 'Percy Wiseman'
