I was thinking of adding some white alliums next year to mix in with the purple allium, good idea or not? Sorry just seen it is not a great picture, you can't see the allium very well. I will try an take some more photos over the weekend to put up so you can have a better look.

That is so pretty, Teds - really lovely. I think I agree with Karen about the white. The alliums are great - I love them, but I've never had any success with them, either in the ground or in a pot ?

That's made up my mind then ( I think) will add a few white allium, I did consider some Iris but thought they may look untidy after the flower have gone, Yo Hum! can't make up my mind, Allium or Iris, the allium Mount Everest seems the best bet as it is the some height as the Purple sensation. On the other hand Iris would make a change, Oh! dear what to do LOL

Iris don't last very long Teds. And with Alliums you get the pleasure of the seed heads as well :)

I enlarged it and can see the alliums. What a beautiful colour scheme you have going on there Teds. I love it! A few white ones would lift the rear view for sure...but I think the whole garden is gorgeous as it is!
