Clematis Rebecca

Andrew just posted a picture of Rebecca and I am jealous, Cindarella, I am looking for this one but cannot find it on our Island. I love its colour.

It is a lovely red Klahanie, its a shame you cant find it, but keep trying.

Andrew just sent a note that it is only bred for few years and (probably) did not make to Canada yet. Sounds logical. So I am enjoying seeing yours and his.

Yes, its fairly recent. A couple of summers ago theGCs were full of it. i expect it will be with you soon Klahanie. It is the reddest of. All the clems I've ever seen. Worth waiting for!

I'm thinking of moving mine, as the soil isn't very good where it is, and I think it could do better.

I hope so Karen. It looks like the red I am wanting. I was in GC today...lots of clems but not Rebecca.

Gorgeous, in my favs now and if I get my way it will be in my garden too!!
