Sibling to the one I want to register. It is only 4" across, and hides among the others, so I need to move this now. Looks more like its pod parent than the others from this cross.

Lovely. When you register your daylilies do you need to name them or just give them some kind of number. Sorry for my ignorance.

You have to give them a name and a seedling number. This will be my first, so I have been reading a very long PDF on the AHS website on how to fill out the form. Also, it costs $20US. It takes around 4 years of growing before a plant finally becomes mature enough determine all of its characteristics.

I have 4 seedlings from this cross. There is one that is totally different, and that is the one I will register. This one was hidden, so I have moved it to a spot where it can stop competing and hopefully do better.
