my onions are all down now too. did a braid last year...don't know if I'll have enough this year...keep using them for pickles. As an example of how things can differ from year to year... On Sept 22nd. last year all our leaves were down on the ground...this year they haven't started to turn! amazing that so far we've had single digit temps overnight but no frost...yet. I covered my tomatoes last night.

onions are all drying in the shed..have started pulling everything out now as its time to move the succulents in for the winter. glad your leaves are staying on the trees Lori..
