I had the most amazing flower open the other day on your All I Want for Christmas, looked much better now it's settled in like velvet, stunning, the flower was so big that by the time I'd fetched the camera a petal was blown off by the wind!! Lots more buds though so a picture soon :-)

knocked the only buds off the scape of Fashion Leader !!!

Its still only one fan any one know how I can bulk it up ? any little tricks ?

Oh no that's that lovely double isn't it? , I'm sure I ll be doing a lot of knocking off of scapes this year the daylily beds far to full now lol, I gave in to temptation and bought a new one 'Pixie Pinwheel Party' we've been altering the shape of a border so I have some space!! So what better way to celebrate lol.
They are really slow getting going aren't they but lots of buds now :-)
Sorry I don't know any tips to make them increase quicker, think some are just slow increasers usually the expensive ones 'Grandma Kissed Me'is still only 2 fans but always seems covered in flowers, you never know though Wylie might have a trick or two or some secret fertiliser recipe :-)

Yes that's the one I spotted it a while ago before I had space lol it sold but saw it had been relisted, the seller has a daylily website too Wellgarth Plants ,spoken to her on ebay (Cassie) she sounds a very nice lady :-)

Fashion Leader reblooms, so you might see another scape this year. The longer you have had it, the more likely it will rebloom. All I can suggest is a light feeding every month (I use a fish based water soluble type) and plenty of water and as much sun as possible. Skeezix blooms single the first time around, but the second time is double if I pay attention to watering it.
