yes it is.......died back early last year from disease but has come back well its intertwined with Dorothy Perkins which is just starting now i will post that when its in full flower its amazing!both are in their 3rd summer will need a good trim after flowering

They are tough plants. I have moved mine several times, it bounces back everytime.
