Cream double flowers on this head of Meadowsweet. Also have a yellow-leaved one and one with pink flowers.

Not if you could see the powdery mildew on its leaves!

Oh that will be tricky there are so few things to treat mildew and black spot available to us these days they either do nothing or half kill the plant.

I have cut all the mildewy leaves off my Acanthus, just leaving the flower spikes. I was going to reduce/ get rid of it, after it flowered. My garden is so dry, and enclosed.
