Yes it is,the first year i found the flowers were single but following years they're double.

Maybe because I moved my Little Fruit Cup? , that's why the flowers are only single?

I looked in several places for info about 'Little Fruit Cup' and found that it was registered as a single, although there are many photos of it as a double. You may start getting doubles again next year because it isn't a trait that readily shows up until the plant has settled in.
