Lake with Zoey

This past weekend I took Zoey to the lake by my mom's to see how she felt about water. My other lab loves water but Zoey was afraid to go in at first, the only way I could get her to go in was to go in myself. It's a nice lake for fishing but it's really muddy so I didn't enjoy walking around in it much. She had a lot of fun once she saw there was nothing to be afraid of so it was worth it.

Our Lab Jade wasn't at all keen on Lakes or Rivers... I think she frightened herself when still a puppy, she was chasing a swan and suddenly found herself in deep flood water on the field where we were walking... Calling her to come, she sid finally realise that she needed to be back with us... We saw her do an about turn around in the water and eventually she raced back to us...! Thank goodness we didn't have to rescue her from an angry swan...!
