After thought!

Is the clock new Julia? If it is, take it back and change it for a lighter coloured one! We had a black wall clock it the conservatory, which you couldn't see at all very well while out in the garden. It hung (like your clock) on a red brick wall, so I decided to buy a light coloured clock which solved the problem! ;o) I'm sure a lighter coloured clock would be the answer... :o)
I do have one small snag now - I decided to paint the conservatory walls magnolia and need the black clock back lol ;o)

It looks good over the bench, the right size.
We were given an outside clock and barometer, but it stopped working and now its falling apart, will have to go I am afraid!!
I am in to clocks at the moment, we have a large red wooden one in the conservatory which says beach!! I am going to decorate the conservatory in a Scandi beach theme lol (my OH thinks I am barmy, he could well be right!!)
