This photo is of species Himalayan Balsam (Impatiens glandulifera).
It is Homebird. Not a good idea for small gardens. I have it on a septic field hill that I cannot plant anything anyway and this covers it every year with very shallow roots. I could cut it down before it seeds but bees absolutely love it so I let it go and pull some out in the spring..
