Hanging on the dead Chamaecyparis lawsoniana which I underplanted with ivy. We will cut the Cyprus down next spring but I will beg to keep couple of meters on the bottom covered with ivy and lonicera or Montana and hang few baskets around. That is my plan.
This basket is hanging high enough that deer cannot reach , they helped themselves to the lower ones.

It is blue petunia Feverfew. It is very pretty but I should have planted something yellow with it. It is sort of invisible against the ivy.

Is this a Petunia? I've never seen one that shade of blue before.
