These are in the border, I have e some near our tiny pond, but none in water......

They sell them as pond edge plants in the GC. But I've found them to be happy in all soils....but then it's never very dry here...not for long anyway.

Mine are happy in soil but are mainly in shade which probably helps ...

Cottagekarer said she grows her Hesperanthus (Schizostylus) in the margins of her pond. I have thought that they don't like the dryness in my garden, probably why I have no flowers yet.
