Ten out of my mixed packet of 20 Tigridia have flowered. They are all tones of yellow, apricot and pink. The other 10 have become a bit trodden on! No reds, no problem already have red clumps.

They are in 4 pots of 5 sunk in the ground, will lift and see if I can combine the same colours together, that leaves me with 10 that didn't flower, put those in 2 mixed pots, still awaiting a white.

Amy, I don't think the remaining ones will flower because I have damaged them with my feet.
3pbit, think you would have to make sure they were well drained in the garden.
Dd, Not well done, stepping on them!

I am also going to take the seed from a yellow and a pink to increase the quantity, have done that with my original red, which is now growing outside.

I am not surprised you trod on them, you need to be as nimble as a mountain goat in your garden!!
We have never grown them in pots, only in the borders, my problem is I tend to dig them up, when planting on top of them! in fact I think I have a large container standing on top of them lol

If I had more paths Dd, I would have even less planting space!!
