Roasted squash from my friend's garden

Made lots of creamy soup from this roasted squash (with hint of curry) and froze it.
No idea what kind of squash it is but I saved few seeds.

That will be good when the cold weather kicks in,Klahanie..I love,Butternut Squash soup,but haven't had other varieties..

I like Stuffed peppers as well, Bathgate. Especially from the garden. My peppers were decimated this year. I have to buy them.

I am making leek and potato soup often, Amy. One of my favorites. I like little bit of marjoram in mine. Although, I like most soups.
