actually it could be the last rose of autumn...We had our first frost last night...(almost 6 weeks later than normal)

I was surprised to wake up and find the grass sparkly white! I was expecting a low of 6 degrees... can't trust the weather man anymore. Most of my outdoor pots were moved to the greenhouse...they were ok. Whew!

No frost yet here either. Did you manage to see theaurora borealis yesterday in Scotland Karen? No luck here again, one day..I wish! Can you see it where you are Lori?
