He's a darn nuisance. Churns the bottom of the pond up too. On this pic he's on top of the duck house and we've even put metal spikes on the top but he still manages to get on there.

No, stake some stopping as they usually hunt at first light but in this ones case, most of the time.

Oh Dawn thats bad news ,we lost all our fish at our last home to a Heron can you train Bonnie to keep watch and to see it off Lol .. no its not funny is it :o(

Haha Amy, I dont know how many fish it actually catches. Bonnie does chase it when she's around but as the pond is quite a way from the house, we dont always know he's there.

Lovely to look at, but a pain if you have fish, I know what its like to lose fish...to the Heron.

Sad for the fish isn't it. We don't have any koi carp or anything posh just Rudd and minnows
