Foliage just beginning to brown. It lives in the cold Greenhouse over Winter.

That's a shame, Sandra. You'll have to buy one in the Spring, this was a supermarket bargain a couple of years ago.

Yes, do that Sandra, I lost a dark purple one which was planted in the ground and didn't come through a cold Winter. :o(

Mine was the purple one too..I will take it indoors,if I get another one..I did ,in the first winter, but I shouldn't have been to eager to plant out. Another lesson learned ! :o(

I finally got some Wallflower plants this morning and have planted them out, in between the rain showers! I spotted the leaves of Daffs poking through, pretty early for that!

They will look nice,Shirley,I love Wallflowers..don't forget to take cutting next year..all mine have taken ok,and were planted out a few weeks ago..so easy to root..Daffs already? I haven't seen any here yet..it must be 3 coats warmer down your way ! :o)

How beautiful, I think the wind and the wet got to ours before it had time to change colour...

Love the colour,Shirley..I wish I had kept my Acer Palmatum (not an Orange Dream),in it's pot ,and overwintered it,as it died after it's first winter being in the ground.....live and learn !
