Hosta undulata var. undulata formerly H undulate Mediovariegata
A clump forming perennial with ovate or lance shaped leaves and tall spikes of nodding trumpet shaped lavender or pinkish purple flowers in summer.
Grown mainly for its superb foliage Hosta undulate Mediovariegata has rich green leaves heavily marked or blazed in the centre with creamy-white.
The leaves are also crumpled or twisted which gives them a wavy or undulating appearance.
Plant Size: Medium: 14" x 32"
Leaf: 6" x 2"; white, green margins - centre viridescence
Flower: Pale lavender

I do like my hostas, Dd. There is a super hosta nursery in my area called Mickfield Hostas.
Some hostas are more prone to slugs, one of mine was devastated, the thick leaved glaucous ones do better. All finished now tho, daylilies too.

A super set of photos GF we seem to like the same plants, the difference being yours look healthier than ours, where is the slug and snail damage on those beautiful Hostas? Love the the Daylily selection, another passion of mine....
