White pelicants on the lake

In front of our house. It was hazy and lake looks like an ocean. But there is a land and mountain on the other side visible when the weather is clear

It is pretty view and lots of white pelicans on the lake and most importantly it's warm. That is why we are here.

They are huge birds. 8-9 ft. wing span. I love to see them in flight. Marvelous show.

A wonderful bird is the pelican. His beak can hold more than his belly can. He can hold in his beak enough food for a week. I don't know how the hell he can.
