Its a Shefflera arboricola. I started it as a tiny 2" potted houseplant in 1978. Funny thing is- that same year I bought small Podocarpus trees and a small Staghorn fern mounted on a wood shingle!
Now the tree's shade the yard,the fern is large growing in those trees.
Time sure goes by.
