Simple design. Most of this neighborhood is very conservative cottage garden look. SO,this is a standout.
How funny- I posted and GOY automatically linked this to a garden center selling "Torquay Dazzler".and I think that's what the plants are!..with Red Star.

love cordylines....Torquay is in southern England...we call them Tenby palms as they are planted all over the place...one plant that grows here and in California!
