When I bought this years ago- it was said they grew up to 3-4'. Its passed that,and seems to grow by baby steps each year. Not a tree Cordyline...but not the short Phormium like plant it was supposed to be.

An interesting story to this. When I bought it? Very new to the trade. Not much known. It was said to be no more then 3' or so as top height.
Well,here we are about 10 years later, and I see what was once hard to find is now being planted by the city fronting our parks!
I think it's no coincidence that a city parks worker lives down the block. I do believe-wink,wink, he's noticed mine and how its been an easy grow.
