Daf

It's beautiful! I think Daffadils can be kept in the ground here all year. Tulips are horrible! It's too hot here and they get deformed and look like aliens. LOL! It's true, though. I've tried several times.

I believe you Del. I love San Diego, but it's just not kind to daffodils or tulips. You are better off growing them as annuals.

Daffodils are pretty easy. Tulips just don't like the really hot, dry weather in winter.

That's true, they faint in the heat.
