This is the plant (sorry its sideways on) which was sold to me as Seseli Gummiferum. (A friend has helped me to get a picture on here from ipad). As I mentioned previously, its never flowered and wondered if it was really some other type of plant? The picture was taken on 3lst March; it doesn't seem to mind the cold weather and is growing fast - another new shoot about 8" high.
