This is a grafted one I also have a cheap one (seedling )about three years old and noticeable the leaf colour is nothing like as bright ,this rather confirms my thoughts that they should not really be sold as Orange dream, as seedlings are never identical.

I love the Acers Bjs. They are so colourful at the moment. I thinned mine out several weeks ago and cut out any deadwood too, and it seems to have given them a bit more daylight through the branches.
