It's a Scabious, usually they are blues/lilacs, sometimes cream, but i managed to find a white one on ebay a couple of months ago - and it is a true white - i am really pleased with it, glad you like it.

ebay Spritz, shop called Choice Plants, - nice lady called Joan, had lots off her all has been lovely. good size and price, and some unusual varieties too she had some more of these when i looked on her shop a few days ago, so if your quick you might just get one!
