I have seen these for sale and thought of getting one, but how strong are they?

The plastic cover on mine became very brittle and cracked after a while. I now use it in the greenhouse for seedlings, but have to spread the pots and trays around evenly as the shelving isn't too sturdy!

I only bought these to use the shelves as staging in one of my greenhouses. I have to say, I've never had problems with the shelves Shirley but I don't think one would last long outside here with the wind we have, unless in a sheltered position.

T'side - not all of the shelves on mine have the support bar across the centre - it's those shelves that would 'sag' if too much weight were put on them - I have it down to a fine art now of what to place where!
