Amy kindly sent me this chamomile plant from the UK last year. It has survived its first winter and apparently likes its new home. I'm looking forward to my first cup of tea. Thank you Amy. I love this.

Yes, doing great, Thanks Julia. I just planted out my tomatoes today. The weather finally warmed up. Making chicken stew from yesterday's leftovers, lol. Working from home today. How are your tomatoes?

Finally got a spurt on thanks to the fact that we've now got some proper spring like weather. The best one so far seems to be Mortgage Lifter, but it's early days.

Paul I'm thrilled its survived and growing well for you ,I thought about your plant this week when I was looking at my plants blooming ,I'm sorry I missed this it would appear it was put on when we were away for a few days on the coast ... I'm going to try Chamomile tea how long would you leave the leaves soaking in hot water ?

I'm as surprised as you are. Just shows how resilient plants can be. When making tea, the long it steeps, the better it tastes. I would go a minimum of 10 minutes.
