My Poor Petunia

I purchased this petunia 1 1/2 days ago and they both were big and beautiful and now they look horrible. what has caused this and is it fixable? I'm so sad and upset that I woke up to this? Can you please help me bring them back or are they to far gone?

Either lack of water or rootbound.

Has the pot become waterlogged and the hole at the bottom become blocked, One of my plants in a pot did that this week. The only other alternative is to try and cut it back slightly to help it recover. You could tell the people you bought the plant from and try and get another replacement.
