Nice one Julia. Stera - I wouldn't worry too much about the Sorbaria, we've just had ONE sucker in 5 years! I just cut it off and planted it somewhere else, so now I have a 'baby' Sorbaria . . .

Yes, there was a small amount of root attached - no need for any extra help.

W we have the Sorbaria, we have not seen any suckers, as yet:-!

So you didn't turn the bench round after all! It all looks very tidy and peaceful.What's the pretty little shrub in the pot?
Just wondering if you have had any experience of the Sorberia suckering? I've been afraid to plant mine in the ground because of its reputation.
