think this is my fav...i had lots of peonies in my old garden..no room here..unless, i could manage one in a container..hummmm...i sure miss them...

Deer dont eat them? How are they with slugs and snails?

No, deer will not touch them Stan. Rabbit might when they are young shoots. Slugs are not particularly interested in them either. So we have a winner here.
