Bougainvillea, and ???

I was at a red light..zoomed in. I cant make out the purple vine. Passion vine? Or some trumpet?

It's Clytostoma callistegioides (Lavender Trumpet Vine). They are very common here along cyclone fences, along the frontage roads. It's a native of Brazil.

It's really common in the SF Bay Area, also.

I think that is it. The trumpets seemed a bit large. But what else could it be?
Mixed vine plantings look so nice..almost never see it done though.

If the flowers are larger than it's Distictis 'Rivers'. That's another one that's really common on walls and cyclone fences.
