It hadn't really occurred me but you are quite right, Amy,it does look like a sparkler!
Unfortunately it has now finished for this year &, like my Amaryllis, I will have to wait another year before it flowers again! Unfortunately, unlike my Amaryllis, I have only the one specimen! It has never formed offsets like the Amaryllis do. :-((
