I wasn't aware that Heucheras suffered from weevil attack. I must remember to treat mine. I hope yours are ok in the future, you've got some lovely colours there.

thank you Waddy the little blighters were gnawing away merrily until I spotted them. Some were worse than others.

Grrr! blessed weevils! I think I hate them more than slugs and snails...and that's saying something!!

Before or after they've done the damage? Quite a few years ago I had over 100 fuchsias wiped out with weevil. I won't tell you how murderous I felt.

Hi Micky thank you. How are you and all your gang?

A lovely selection of colours, mine are doing well this year too ... well most are but I did have a few losses mainly due to the cold wet damp of winter I think.

thanks Gf the stand is quite sheltered in fact in summer they get quite dry as they are along side an east facing wall of the house so winter rains do not dampen them down too much. Was thinking of putting them all into the garden and starting a different collection of plants for the stand. But the garden is so full already that not much room left to put in more plants. Grass has been taken out from most places and little left so not able to get more out. lol.

The stand is a great idea for a display or for hardening off young plants. I think I would use it for my hostas to keep them off the ground & away from those slimy things.
My heacheras are all in the ground used as border edging.
