Persicaria amplexicaulis

I have this too great plant mines planted next to ligularia which would normally look lovely together but this year the ligularia look like net curtains grrrr flippin slugs and snails , put my shoes on other day that I leave outside the door even a snail in them , it soon learnt to fly lol.

I like them too, I have a white one that's nice and Fat domino, similar to this but bigger flowers. Oh no, snail in shoe, crunch, damn things, that's the only downside with ligularia isn't it, I have one on the brook bank and just flower spikes are left, and flowers.
