That's gorgeous colour. How hardy is it?

I love this shade of blue Amy. Never seen these before. I'm adding to my shopping list. Are these bulbs I should plant in Fall or Spring?

I bought one as a plug plant to go in a pot 3/4 years ago it was suppose to be an annual it came through each winter in the cold greenhouse so must be much hardier than they said ,I'm going to try to save seed from this one ...its not a bulb Paul ...
