Karen, it's a very healthy Ash tree!

Ah yes, same as we have just across the road from us. The leaves are large and relatively easy to collect in October but boy...there are a lot of them!

. . . and so many seeds of course - I dig up ash seedlings very frequently.

Oh yes sheila, if you have an ash tree near, always lots of saplings popping up.

I get loads of Hawthorn seedlings from my hedge.

. . . and it will be Sycamore seedlings soon :(
