Plumeria 'Plastic Pink' or Red

This is my largest Plumeria tree in the ground. It was sold to me in 2001 as Plastic Pink but the flowers look red, It's almost 15' (4.6m) tall and has a spread close to 24' (7.3m). It's been in the ground in this spot since 2005 Photo taken on Labor Day Holiday Weekend, Sept, 03, 2016.
