Day lily

Since selling the collection to a specialist day lily nursery last year I have been digging up small plants as they came through, right through the winter until a few weeks ago. This must be from pieces left behind when they were dug up. I have found them in some unusual places too.This one just flowered even though it's small.

I have dug and tossed them off to the side, and they insist on surviving. My seed beds get dug and raked twice before a new planting.
