What a change in the weather since then Lori...!!!

Whenever I see weather posts on GoY from the UK or from SouCal... I have to smile, Amy. Our climate is so different. The extreme cold and snow of winter gives way to heatwaves in the summer. temp ranges from minus 30 C. to plus 30 C..in six months. I have to admit that by the time autumn arrives I'm (would you believe) happy with the cool temps. ;-) The plants and shrubs seem to like the dormancy...and suffer if it's interrupted or shortened. The wisteria is not as vigorous as I would like. I've heard though, that once it's established it's a weed! I can only hope!
