I didn't know it was possible to take cuttings of them. It's a very handsome plant :)

They root very easily Hywel. I have taken 2 more in case this plant dies off as the last one did. They rooted in water in a little jar. It is difficult to get them to bush out from the base though. Seed plants are better for this.

Thanks. I intend to grow them from seeds next year and then I'll try some cuttings :)

Hywel. The only problem with growing them from seed is that they all germinate but you can't tell what they are going to be like until they have grown on quite a lot. Then you have to choose the ones you like best & chuck loads of the others away.

I never chuck anything away, especially plants :D That's why the garden always looks so full and overgrown ...
