Best grown in a tomato pot for a year to allow the tubers to bulk up and then plant out in its second season. After that I find them hardy.

engaging in a bit of hyperbole, Meanie...but it looks like tradescantia and violets combined. gorgeous blue colour, tri-petal arrangement, colour and arrangement of pistil and stamens with a bit of borage thrown in. No insult to Commelina... I haven't seen it before.(that I recall) The Suttons ad has Starry Starry Night seeds...sounds wonderful.
