Cutting taken from a large plant growing to the ceiling. It rooted well being just pushed in the dirt in spring. They grow very fast. I gave several of them away (to good homes :-)

Yes Hywel, it bleeds for a while but heals pretty quickly and starts to shoot new branches right away in that spot.
I wish they could grow outside. I could have a forest. I leave the cuttings in pots out all summer but it is time to bring them in.

I may try cuttings from mine next year. I've been afraid to cut it in the past.

I have a tall one too (although not to the ceiling) Did it bleed when you cut it ?
