Hesperantha Major and Pineapple Sage (Hesperantha coccinea)

Hesperantha Major, with red flowers the same colour of those which might come on the Pineapple Sage plant behind. Both originally from Dottydaisy

No flowers on my Pineapple sage, but I was pleased it came through the winter.

My Sage came through the winter outside, then I trod on it, so this is the broken off piece, rooted and resited away from my feet. Last year it flowered 18th November.

No flowers on ours yet, but looks very healthy, and is enormous!

Yes, mine has grown lovely and big too. Its a great plant. I pointed it out to my London friend when we were down and she bought one for her garden. It will thrive on her sheltered south facing raised herb beds!
