Thanks, Johnjoe, but it no longer looks like this since yesterday when I removed all the plants on the balcony railings!

I'll see if I can get another photo today & show what it looks like now!

Memories of summer ....

I'm afraid that's all we have left - memories! But thanks to the many photos I take I can look back to almost any day for at least 10 years & see what I was growing at a certain date.

Just this morning I saw some photos of the balcony I took 9 years ago today & it looked much better than it does today!

I've uploaded a photo I took of the balcony a couple of days ago after I had taken all the plants away.

As it still contained hanging baskets it looks different to how it does at this moment as I've removed them as well.
