How about a seasonal Apple Pie,John Joe..? add a layer of mincemeat in between the apples..not too much as to overpower...I have a spare one in the Freezer ,probably for New Year..:o)

It's nice to find another way of varying an Apple pie. and using any leftover mincemeat ...I always end up with a part used jar in the fridge :o)
