No fancy name, it is Acer Dissectum, as you can see only about 3/4 ft in height but a spread of about 8/9 ft has been in this spot alongside the pond for over forty years.has quite a sizable short trunk .Might be interesting to take a shot from the underside looking upwards because it is on quite a steep slope I could do that ,I know it looks like a giant umbrella
