Clematis cirrhosa 'Freckles' will go on now till spring.

I remember our ivy in france buzzing in mid winter, usually bees and wasps but also flies, the sun was much stronger there even in mid winter to tempt insects out of hibernation. But insects are around here too on sunny days.

Strange isn't it that a plant should choose to flower in the winter. I wonder what pollinates these.
